Cherkizovo restores supply to McDonald's successor to past levels

MOSCOW, Sep 30 (PRIME) -- Russian meat producer Cherkizovo Group has restored supplies to the Vkusno I Tochka fast food chain, the successor of McDonald's in Russia, to the volumes delivered to its predecessor restaurants, director of the foodservice channel sales department and member of the board Konstantin Kononov told PRIME on Friday.

“Now we continue to interact within the team Vkusno I Tochka with the same people as before, and we do not see any changes in the approach to doing business. Our supply volumes to the successor of McDonald's have fully recovered and the company has returned to its previous mode of operation,” he said.

Kononov also said that Cherkizovo will rename its fast food business Sibylla, acquired from the Finnish company Atria, by the end of 2022, it will be called VkusON.
